Women Share Their Preferences on How They Like Being Approached

Getting the courage to approach that lovely lady you’ve been checking out at the grocery store, only to be shot down can cause a crushing blow to your ego.

There could be countless reasons for her to reject you: she could be in a relationship, she doesn’t want to have a conversation with you, she isn’t interested — so on and so forth.

These are all reasons that you should respect and don’t try to insist that she go out with you or talk to you.

With that being said, there are going to be times when the way you approach her is the only problem. Without even touching the use of some cheesy pick-up line, there are some ways that you can tweak the way you approach a woman so that you can have a good conversation with any woman you meet.

Here are some stories of how women have been and want to be approached by men:

“Before I was married, I took a chance on a random guy at a bar on campus. He was a little flustered, and I wouldn’t suggest using his opening line because it depends greatly on how it is being said.
He walked up to me and very formally extended his hand to shake mine. He said, ‘Hello. My name’s Guy, and I have a penis.’

This made me laugh so I shook his hand and said, ‘Hi. My name is Girl, and I have a vagina.’
He asked if he could buy me a drink and I told him not that evening, but I gave him my phone number. I thought that if he remembered me the following day, I’d take a chance on him. He didn’t.”
“The only thing I have to say is that shouting at me is the quickest way to get an evil eye, not get my phone number.

“Women can pick out a creep a mile away. If you’re comfortable in your own skin, are within a respectable distance, are funny and are able to hold a decent conversation, then you’ve got a shot.”
“He has to be on the same level of attractiveness. Sorry to say, but if you’re a 3 trying to talk to an 8, the chances are that she won’t be willing to give you the time of day. Yeah, no one wants to hear this, but it’s the truth.

Also, he has to talk to her like she’s a person and not just another notch on his belt. Try to relax and talk about something that you’ve noticed that you may have in common. In short, talk to her like you would talk to anyone else. Always be relaxed and confident, but not so confident or relaxed that you come off as distracted or cocky.
